Cold Couscous Salad

This salad is one of my special treats as it is very simple, easy and fast to make.

All you need is:

1/2 cup of couscous (put the couscous in a bowl than add half a cup of boiling water and leave for 8-10 min then mix it with a spoon)

200g of fish sticks

1 spring onion

50g of feta cheese

5-7 olives

the juice of one half-lemon

a sprinkle of soya sauce

dill ( it makes the difference)

salt

olive oil

Preparation:

I usually prepare the salad then add the couscous at the end and mix it all together.

Enjoy 🙂

Is couscous similar to quinoa? I LOVE quinoa but haven’t had a chance to try couscous yet.

    1. Couscous is a dish of semolina (granules of durum wheat) so I think it is a bit different to quinoa. I find it to be really versatile, easy to cook, cheap and have always loved the results. Hope this helped!
