Detox water: Part one

Detox water: Part one

Detox water – Pomegranate, Raspberries and Lemon

I have always been one of those people who really enjoy food, I try new recipes,  different cuisines but sometimes I go a bit too far with spices, food portions  or even eating unhealthy food and end up filling really uncomfortable in my “tummy” after. That is why I decided to share with you this natural and healthy solution in which I find a lot of relief.

The purpose of this detox water is:

1) To help you detox your body, get rid of all “poisonous substances” out of your body  called toxins

2) I know the principal purpose of drinking detox water is to detox “duh” but for me works really well  as a digestive too.

“Two is better than one right”

For this  magical water you will need:

Natural water,

2 slices of lemon,

1/2 pomegranate,

about 7-10 raspberries

2 slices of kiwi

and obviously a jar 🙂

There are so many other types of detox water I prepare, please let me know if you want me to share it with you.

I hope you will like this version of detox water as much as I do! 🙂

I’m definitely going to give this a try – looks lovely. I started drinking naturally flavoured waters back in February when I randomly decided to give up caffeine and alcohol (at the same time, crazy I know!). I love the purity of sliced lemons and mint, but recently have been experimenting with tropical fruits, with mixed results. Magic detox water rules! Love your blog by the way. 🙂 – Melissa
