Noodles means new flavours for me, I am not used to eating beansprouts either but I am really enjoying the combinations between the soya sauce,vegetables,prawns and noodles. The noodles in the photo are my very first attempt, (so people used to eating and cooking noodles, bare with me, I will try to improve) 🙂
To make this dish, I simply pan-fried at high temperature the vegetables (pepper,courgette,leek and beansprouts) with some oil and soya sauce for about 7 minutes then added the prawns and cooked all the ingredients together for another 5 minutes and then turned the heat off. Meanwhile, boiled for 2 minutes the noodles,drained and added them to the pan-fried vegetables, pan-fried the noodles and vegetables together for another 2 minutes and that’s it.
Now, I really enjoyed the dish and I am sure it will be better next time but I am proud of myself for making an attempt to cook it.
