Sometimes, it is so easy to make a special and nice looking dish, using simple ingredients. To make this recipe, I used smoked salmon, and on the top I decided to put some finely sliced carrot,potato and parsnip. For the dressing, I mixed in a little cup, lemon juice,dill, a little bit of pepper and salt. I think the combination of flavours between the smoked salmon and root vegetables with the dressing is fresh, rich and healthy too.
