This was our Saturday breakfast this morning and as I was attempting to take a photo of it, I pleasantly noticed the twisted distortion of shades and shapes. It felt like the light wanted to be in the limelight and not the food. I think it is a very interesting protagonist rotation.

You’re such a great photographer! How do you go about planning your shots? I’m starting to outgrow my current photo station (a coffee table spread with parchment and a box with different colors/patterns taped to it as the background), but I’m not sure how to take the next step towards a more permanent setup.
