Eating healthy is very important to me and my husband but eating healthy tasty food is even more important. I was so happy to discover this special and healthy avocado salad that I wanted to share it with you. I have tried many salads but this one is very interesting because it has colorful ingredients and all of them have different textures which form harmonious flavours into your mouth. It really brings the avocado’s flavour to another distinctive level.
To make this special avocado salad you will need:
This salad serves 2 persons
2 ripened Avocados
50 gr of Goat Cheese
The juice of 1-2 lemons
Himalayan Salt (or any type of Salt)
1 teaspoon of Olive oil
Put on a medium size bowl the chopped avocado, beetroot, goat cheese, fresh parsley and the pomegranate seeds. make sure to add the lemon juice after (as the avocado may loose its brilliant green color), the salt and the olive oil. Mix very well and you are done!!!
This avocado salad was quite a surprise to my taste buds because I didn’t expect avocado to go that well with the pomegranate, beetroot and goat cheese.
