My name is Alice, I am 30 years old . At the moment I live in UK with my husband and moved in here from Italy, 2 years ago after we got married. We enjoy travelling, house decorating, taking photos but most of all we love food, as we are always looking to explore and cook new everyday healthy food.
I love studying foreign languages, translation, linguistics, shopping and watching movies on my sofa, he likes science, numbers, gardening, going to the gym but what we have in common is the strength we give each other, every time we are in front of challenges and obstacles.
We strongly believe that if among all problems you manage to find one single positive open window then it should give you the hope that at the end of the day, the so-called half empty or half full glass is just a glass with water in it.

I am actually off on Holiday to Norfolk with my mum during the last week of February! We always make a visit to Norwich on the Wednesday 🙂 if you have any recommendations for lovely places for lunch or a slice of cake, please let me know 🙂

Also, there’s something I want to ask you if its alright? How do you build your community, get so many likes and views on your blog? I’m really struggling and I’ve already done a lot of the main stuff like posting facebook and social media, regular and (daresay) interesting updates and whatnot. Any advice would be great. Hello My Uni Kitchen, I started blogging not a long ago and I am loving every single day of it as I have the possibility to share my recipes and photography with people who share the same interests with me. I believe that it is very important (crucial) to have a good quality content, be 100% yourself and always consider that you are a part of a community of people who share the same things you are sharing. So I am always curious to know and read other blogs content. I think that blogging should be always followed by the excitement and enthusiasm. I am very grateful and delighted that other bloggers like my posts and understand my love for food and cooking.
