Organic Jam – Simple Labelled food so decadent

Food is one of my favourite things in life and I enjoy it even more when I know what’s in it!  Whenever I go to the supermarket and grocery store I prefer looking at the labels before buying stuff. Whenever I can, I completely avoid preservatives or colorants and  prefer “simple labelled” food over 100 […]

There is no Easter for me without chocolate, chocolate eggs, or other unhealthy food you find in the groceries. I have always had an incredible amount of food during Easter but this specific year will be a bit different as me and my husband will be alone and will celebrate it alone.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Reflections while walking on the street

Walking on the street after the rain, I love the fresh air and the lovely little puddles where you can see a variety of reflections.

I believe, I trust, I appreciate……

I feel like there is a magical and strong power surrounding the word “believe”, I don’t know why but it makes you feel so small in front of it. Believing into someone or something is taking part into something which is uncontrollable ( you can’t help yourself not deeply feeling it) and unknown to you […]

Raspberry Detox Water

Detox water: Part one

Detox water – Pomegranate, Raspberries and Lemon  I have always been one of those people who really enjoy food, I try new recipes,  different cuisines but sometimes I go a bit too far with spices, food portions  or even eating unhealthy food and end up filling really uncomfortable in my “tummy” after.

The Young Old Lady, Mrs.Thopmson

The yellow pages of the book still have that lovely smell that she used to like when she first bought it. While turning the page to chapter 10 Mrs.Thompson suddenly noticed her hand,  the colour, the shape, even the rings she used to wear were different.
