Since I have been in UK, I have been looking everywhere (local shops or big groceries) to find one of my favourite things ever, the truffle cheese. Well, I was surprised to finally find it in one of the best groceries shops in my opinion and that is Whole Food Market. I could find a lot of organic ( no nasty things on the Prosciutto or Mortadella, which is very hard to find) but most of all I could find the rich and full of flavours Gouda cheese filled with small pieces of truffles in it. I was like a little girl in front of a candy shop. The smell and the taste was (I finished it the same day I bought it) incredible and if you add the crusty organic bread, well that would make the perfect pair.

This looks really good! I love Gouda, but I’ve never heard of truffle Gouda. I think I might start my search for it now.

If you are a truffle fan London Caller, then you should definitely try the truffle version! I really like the fact that there were real pieces of truffle inside (no artificial rubbish). ☺
