Tortellini – A good discover!
Tortellini with vegetables and curcuma Tortellini I usually eat, are very often accompanied with butter and sage or cream cheese sauce but this one is different. In fact, these tortellini are accompanied with vegetables (broccoli,courgette,pepper and a hint of Curcuma and Oregano ).

Easy peasy and a lemon squeezy !
Sometimes, it is so easy to make a special and nice looking dish, using simple ingredients. To make this recipe, I used smoked salmon, and on the top I decided to put some finely sliced carrot,potato and parsnip.

Polenta recipe – A special meal for hungry people

Every time we cook “Ravioli”, lunch or dinner turns into something special and elegant. For those who haven’t got a clue of what a “ravioli” is, it is a type of pasta which is filled with different type of sauce inside (mushroom and cheese/tomato, basil, Parmesan/ham and cheese there are a different variety).

Noodles means new flavours for me, I am not used to eating beansprouts either but I am really enjoying the combinations between the soya sauce,vegetables,prawns and noodles.
