Since I have been in UK, I have been looking everywhere (local shops or big groceries) to find one of my favourite things ever, the truffle cheese.
Every time we cook “Ravioli”, lunch or dinner turns into something special and elegant. For those who haven’t got a clue of what a “ravioli” is, it is a type of pasta which is filled with different type of sauce inside (mushroom and cheese/tomato, basil, Parmesan/ham and cheese there are a different variety).
Have you ever tossed a coin or two into a fountain and made a wish? Did it come true? The first thing I thought when I read this question was: I can’t forget when I tossed a coin in Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi) making the wish to come back in Rome for holiday.
This is what we had yesterday for dinner, seafood pasta linguine with a “touch” of chili. This dish is perfect if you want to impress your loved one, friends or even if you are brave enough to cook on your first date.
